"Preparing for my oldest son’s first year of college and being very unfamiliar with the college search and application process, it was very comforting to have Jen professionally guiding both my son and me and helped us to navigate this very intimidating process.
Jen was not only extremely accommodating with her time by coming to our home on a weekly basis, but she was always available to us by phone or email when we had questions or needed her assistance with something.  She was also very resourceful and had new ideas and thoughts to share at each session.  If she didn’t know the answer to questions I had about the FAFSA application or financial aid, she made it a point to research and inquire and get back to me with an answer.
